JSK “AK ALTYNALMAS” gold mining company conducted a pilot-industrial tests for Jaw-Crusher wear parts “Telsmith Osborn Jaw Crusher 28X45” manufactured by ARMET.

  • Test purpose:
    Definition of quality characteristics of the wear parts for crushing equipment manufactured by ARMET in the gold mining quarry operated by AK Altynalmas.

 

  • Place and test conditions:
    The tests were carried out at the crushing and sorting site using Telsmith Osborn 29X42 crusher.
    Crushing materials: quartz, beresite

  • Conclusions:
    ARMET’s wear parts for crushing equipment have higher crushing resistance and longer life cycle.
    As results, the production efficiency increased up to 170%  (197,840 tons processed in the period of testing time) and the operational cost decreased which resulted 43% cost savings. ARMET’s wear parts for crushing equipment are recommended for the further use.
